World Food Programme and international youth invites you to dialogue-cooking – food a way to peace?
Mere om
The Nobel Peace Prize 2020 was awarded to WFP "for its efforts to combat hunger, for its contribution to bettering conditions for peace in conflict-affected areas and for acting as a driving force in efforts to prevent the use of hunger as a weapon of war and conflict”. Join in cooking local sustainable taste from Palestine, Mali, South Africa, Denmark and East African countries with young SDG Champions and the host; Nordic Director of WFP Anne Poulsen. Rasmus Prehn (MP), former Minister for Development Cooperation and Minister for Food, Fisheries and Agriculture adds to the dialogue flavors with his perspectives on how food may serve as a peace-keeper and maker. nOmy founder and chef Jonas Cronqvist provides the sustainable cooking tools and merges the culinary flavors of each county into the longest most sustainable sandwich of the People's Meeting.
