Join us for this hyper relevant talk about youth solidarity in the Global South featuring young activists from South Africa and Palestine. With the current South African court case against Israel as a main focus point, members from the Danida Fellowship Centre delegation will discuss with Palestinian voices how to best show solidarity with other young activists in the fight for home countries without war or conflict. How do you tackle issues like shadow banning on social media, Eurocentrism and double standards as a young activist who wants to cooperate with young activists from other countries, even when the international community fails? Is it possible to foster an even stronger South-to-South activism alliance that counteracts the selective media coverage of the West?
