Ava Hustvedt Cutler, a nuclear mathematician who has worked in the nuclear safeguards department at the International Atomic Energy Agency, which is the United Nations’ nuclear watchdog, will share her perspectives on the global system and technological barriers that keeps nuclear weapons from getting into the wrong hands.
